West Texas Graduation Services (Herff-Jones) will be on Monterey campus for students to place orders on:

October 24, 2023 from 2 - 4 pm

November 3rd, 2023 from 12 - 4:30 pm.

Orders will be delivered to students on campus in the Spring.

Please note that beginning with the class of 2022, Monterey has newly designed caps and gowns.

In order to match the graduating class, please make sure to purchase your caps and gowns through Herff Jones. Borrowing from a prior grad is fine as long as they graduated in 2022 or after.

Please talk to your counselor if you have concerns about ordering what you need.

We love to celebrate the accomplishments of our students at graduation. Please submit the required documentation to your alpha counselor by the deadline in order to be recognized at graduation. 

Students that are committed to serving our country through military service will receive a cord to wear at graduation and will be introduced during the ceremony. Submit the completed military commitment form to your alpha counselor.  

• Graduation Recognition Military Enlistment Form

Seniors are recognized in the graduation program and during the ceremony for all scholarship money that was offered to them. Students do not have to accept the offers in order to be recognized at graduation- they simply have had awards offered to them. Please list all scholarships offered. Return this form along with verification (an email, letter, or a certificate, etc.) from the college or organization for each scholarship listed to your alpha counselor.
