Board Meeting Information
Meeting dates and times are subject to change. Special meetings, workshops and public hearings are scheduled as needed. Board of Trustees' meetings are held in the boardroom of the Central Administration Building (West Building), 1628 19th Street.

NOTICE: The Regular Meeting scheduled for Thursday, September 24, 2026, has been changed to a Called Public Hearing and Regular Meeting. The purpose of the Called Public Hearing will be to hear comments from the public regarding the Certificate of Compliance required by Texas Education Code Section 39.008. At regular meetings, the Board allots time to hear persons who desire to make comments to the Board. Persons who wish to participate in this portion of the meeting must complete the online form below prior to the Board of Trustees meeting. Once completed, individuals will receive a confirmation email. No presentation may exceed three minutes. The link for public comment requests will be made available once the board meeting agenda has been posted and will close at 5 p.m. on the day prior to the board meeting. The board meeting agenda will be posted at least 72 hours in advance of the meeting.
Meetings are open to the public, televised on the district’s cable channel, streamed live on the district website and archived on the Lubbock ISD website.
