The Lubbock ISD Foundation for Excellence (FFE) is a nonprofit public education foundation with the purpose of providing financial assistance to Lubbock ISD principals and teachers for creative, innovative academic projects not supported by school and/or district budgets, as well as for students whose activities relate to the students’ classroom academic performance. Priority is given to teachers and district-related requests.

The annual golf tournament is the only fundraiser for FFE. The 26th annual tournament will be held on May 5, 2025.
