This week, Lubbock ISD hosted receptions in the Lubbock High School cafeteria to recognize exceptional educators across the district, for the Teacher and Paraprofessional of the Year award.
The winners were announced for each elementary and secondary Teacher of the Year within each feeder pattern. This award acknowledges the remarkable efforts of these educators in imparting knowledge to future generations and encourages their commitment to their students, which is reflected in the significant impact they make.
Our heartfelt congratulations to Rebecca Huddleston and Kylie Leal from the Coronado feeder pattern, Kaileigh McCutcheon and Logan Tabor from the Estacdo feeder pattern, Michelle Aldinger and Whitney Maciel from the Lubbock feeder pattern, Kim Blankenship and Travis Sharp from the Monterey feeder pattern, and Cassie Sanders from the alternative campuses.
