All student-athletes entering sixth-grade pre-athletics and seventh through 12th-grade competitive athletics are required to have an annual physical examination. No student-athlete will be allowed to participate in athletics or after-school workouts until all paperwork has been submitted.
High school physicals must be submitted to high school athletic trainers. Middle school physicals must be submitted to middle school boys or girls coordinators.
