Seven of our students competed in an online art competition called TEAM (Texas Elementary Art Meet) hosted by the Texas Art Education Association. Their artwork is uploaded into an online gallery along with their artist statement. Then a group of jurors go in and give each work ratings for different components of their work as well as feedback.
ALL of our kids received an exemplary rating on their work!
The scale goes from
(1 - 4 points = Growing)
(5 - 8 points = Good)
(9 - 12 points = Exemplary)
