My name is Sadie. I am a 8-year-old Australian Cattle Hound mix. My handler is Carolyn Williams. She is a 35 years experienced teacher at Ramirez, currently in 2nd grade-English. 

My job description for Ramirez is:

• Meet and greet the students in the mornings

• Be a reading buddy for reluctant readers

• Be a caring listener to any sad child/weary teacher

• Be an reward for our PBIS Intervention children

• Protect the playground area from wild rabbits, squirrels, or strangers who come near my students and as we also use the park behind our school for recess due to COVID guidelines
