Welcome to the Roberts Library!  I am the Library Media Specialist, Mrs. Ward. I graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Early Childhood Education, and acquired my School Librarian Certification and Master's Degree from Texas Woman's University. I love teaching at Roberts Elementary! Our school library is here to instill a love of reading, and inspire our students to be seekers of knowledge. Students come each week to enhance their literacy skills, and learn more about digital citizenship and technology. My goal is for the library to be a warm, inviting place where students feel welcome and eager to explore, create and enjoy all genres of literature as they grow into 21st century learners.
