Our eighth-grade students from Cavazos MS just took a big step in preparing their future! Thanks to the TTU Raiders Rojos Career R Us Conference, students dove into a world of possibilities, responsibilities, and discovered new career paths, to start shaping their futures beyond the classroom. 💡💼

Our very own Monterey Plainsmen Aaliyah Chavez has been selected as a 2025 McDonald's All-American! The McDonald's All-American Game is the preeminent showcase for the top high school basketball talent in the country. 🌟🏀 The final group was hand selected by some of the game's top analyst, prep scouts, and coaches.
Aaliyah will compete with some of the best high school basketball talent across the country at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York in April. We couldn't be prouder of her and the whole team at Monterey High School! 🏅

We're excited to announce that two Lubbock ISD students received more than $4,000 worth of scholarships by Complex Community Federal Credit Union! Byron Martin ATC student Jaxx Laws received a $3,000 scholarship, and Lubbock High's Echo Ancell received $1,500 for their art murals that are prominently displayed at Complex Community FCU's new location. 💵 🎨
