Chris Carpenter with Armstrong Plumbing, Air, & Electric was named the 2024 Individual Partner of the Year for Lubbock ISD. Chris (pictured center)- along with members of his team - was honored at Lubbock ISD’s Community Partnership Forum. Chris was nominated by our own plumbing and HVAC teacher, Ricky Martinez (pictured far right). Mr. Martinez and Mr. Carpenter work closely to ensure that our students are provided opportunities to learn the plumbing and HVAC businesses.
