Let's eat!!! Students from Chef Gooch's Advanced Culinary classes competed in the Aramark Student Nutrition Culinary Star competition at Minute Maid stadium in Houston. This year's challenge was to create a dish without the use of meat. ATC's team created vegetarian chipotle enchiladas. (And I can promise you, there were delicious!!)
