Rates

• $37.00 per week, Full Time (6 or more hours per day), students

• $24.05 per week, Part Time (less than 6 hours per day), students

• Lubbock ISD Staff: Charges will be determined based on a sliding scale. See the director, Mrs. Davis, for additional information.

• Call and make an appointment to update any records

• Bring statement from doctor and shot records
