Every year our Irons staff, students and their families are invited to dine together to honor Mr. Edwin H. Iron. Each year IMS celebrates this special day. We dedicate this day by sharing a meal while the Irons Band, Choir, and Orchestra students perform. We do this especially to honor Mr. Irons for Ed Irons Day. Though Mr. Irons is no longer here to celebrate amongst us as he was when our school was first opened, we continue to carry on the tradition of excellence that his career in education established.
