Transcript Requests
Transcript requests are processed by the registrar, April Floyd.

Sending your first transcript is free. Additional transcript requests will be processed for a fee of $1.00 per transcript requested, paid in cash to the registrar. Unpaid fees will result in a delay of processing transcript requests.
Current Monterey students can request a transcript in person or by completing the form below. Please allow a minimum of three days for requests to be processed.
If you graduated two or more years prior to the current academic year, transcripts can be requested by contacting Lubbock ISD Counseling & College/Career Readiness office.

Sending your dual credit transcripts to your university
After earning college credit through either Dual Credit or OnRamps, students will need to send a record of that completion to their university by requesting an official college transcript be sent.
