I am so excited to be the counselor at Preston Smith Elementary! This will be my second year as a Counselor at Smith.

My husband and I have been married for almost 17 years and we have three amazing children: Audrey (13), Marek (10) and Ella (5) and one dog Callie (2)! My favorite hobbies to do with my little family are reading, school events, sports, volunteering, gardening, cooking/baking, anything Texas Tech, going to farmers markets and spending time with family!

I am a proud Texas Tech graduate!  I have a degree in Psychology and HDFS!  I went back to the College of Education graduate program to earn my teaching certification! My family and I love supporting the Red Raiders! I am working on finishing my Masters in School Counseling at Lubbock Christian University.

I taught Second Grade Reading/Social Studies for 16 years. This is my eleventh year being a Smith Star and my second year as Smith's Counselor!  It is the best school, with the best students, families, and staff!  I feel very blessed to be your child's Counselor this year!
