Good afternoon parents and guardians, Attached you will find an updated tardy policy. We will be meeting with students this week addressing any concerns with tardies. It is very important that students arrive to class on time each day. Each tardy counted per semester includes arriving at school after 8:15 a.m. and in between passing periods.

As a college preparatory school, Talkington works hard to ensure the success of our students from 6th grade through college graduation and beyond. We are so proud of our alumnae living their dreams out in the world. Former Talkington students, please add your photos here and tell us the great things you are doing. We want to celebrate our sisters who have walked the path before us–our motivation and inspiration. Here at Talkington, we will show our pride this Friday, and every first Friday of the month, with College Shirt Days. Represent your favorite schools as you look forward to joining this amazing group of Talkington alumnae. Chase your dreams, Lady Warriors. #MotivationMonday #WarriorsbyChoice #WeAreLISD #Sisterhood
