Wait a minute! Does that flyer say JEANS FOR A WEEK!? And we're raising money for a great cause?! You got that right!
Bring your loose change and your big bills starting next week as middle school, high school, and staff battle it out in a penny war for jeans to raise money for the UMC Children's Miracle Network!
Pennies give your team positive points. Put silver coins and dollars in the other teams' buckets to subtract from their points. Highest scoring team can wear jeans the entire week after spring break. See Mrs. Cardelli or Ms. Couch for more details.

Staff Spotlight on our amazing Destination Imagination coaches, Mrs. Fitzhugh and Mrs. Foster! A colleague nominated them for a Shining Star Award for their tireless efforts with the DI teams: hours upon hours of practice, weekends, and energy poured into the teams!
The DI students say that these ladies "are really motivating," "devote so much time," "help students through hard times," and "support us through it all."
Thank you, Mrs. Fitzhugh and Mrs. Foster, for offering this great opportunity to our students!

Talkington families,
This is a reminder that students may be dropped off in the morning beginning at 7:15am and should be picked up in the afternoon no later than 5:45pm. We have had students arriving before 7:00am recently and others not picked up until after 6:00pm, and we only have provisions for supervision between 7:15am and 5:45pm. Thank you for your attention to this safety concern.
