Happy Sunday McCool Academy families! We have two moe district assessments coming up tomorrow and Tuesday of this week! To help your Astronaut, please remind them to get plenty of rest, eat a good breakfast and bring their chromebook fully charged to school with their charger. March 2nd, 2024, our McCool Academy Astrobotics team participated in their very first Texas Tech University Lego GEARS competition. It was an incredible experience for our students, filled with effort and resilience.
Though this event was a practice match, the students truly shone with their dedication and adaptability. Their growth, observations, and ability to adapt to new challenges left everyone in awe!
We are already looking forward to our next challenge on April 6th. Go Astrobotics! 👩🚀🤖⚙️🚀

McCool Academy competed in the South Plains Regional History Day this morning at the International Cultural Center at Texas Tech. Our Astronauts did an amazing job competing in all the different categories available. Cressida Pihlaja won the paper division with Thomis Duncan following up in third place! Madison Newman took second place overall in the individual performance division!
